Job Title: Licensed Optician

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Optician to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Group in Laval, QC. As a Licensed Optician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate measurements and fittings, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients
  • Take and record accurate measurements, adjust and fit eyewear, and execute all details with precision
  • Stay current on product knowledge and fashion trends to drive sales and provide expert advice to customers
  • Maintain presentation standards on the sales floor and back office, ensuring a clean and organized environment
  • Understand and support all company policies and procedures, including inventory controls and training programs
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • State licensure or certification as an optician
  • 2+ years sales experience in the luxury service industry
  • Knowledge of current optical theory and practices
  • Natural ability to build a client following and provide exceptional customer service
