About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Electrical & Automation Industry Careers. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the electrical and automation industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the electrical and automation industry.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
  • Sales Management: Manage and oversee sales teams, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
Requirements
  • Education: College degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership or business development, with a proven track record of success in the electrical and automation industry.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and motivate teams.
