At Jardeg-Construction, we are seeking a skilled Pipefitter Journeyperson to join our team for various project sites in the Province of Alberta. This is an expression of interest for future opportunities within the Maintenance and Turnaround group.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pipefitting, with experience in layout, assembly, fabrication, maintenance, and repair of piping systems. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety practices and protocols.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing, assembling, and installing piping systems for various industrial processes.
  • Inspecting and testing piping systems to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborating with team members and project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements for the position include:

  • Journeyperson Pipefitter/Steamfitter certification.
  • Proven experience as a Journeyperson Pipefitter, preferably in industrial or construction settings.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of materials, tools, and installation techniques used in pipefitting.
  • Strong commitment to safety practices and protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and independently as required.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and project stakeholders.
