Job Overview

FLINT Corp. is seeking a skilled Pipefitter to join our team in a permanent, camp-based position in Fort McMurray. As a Pipefitter, you will be responsible for performing a range of tasks, including threaded piping repairs, hydrotesting, and valve replacement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Threaded piping repairs and maintenance
  • Hydrotesting and pressure testing
  • Valve replacement and installation
  • Temporary piping installation and removal for cleaning and degassing
  • PSV removal and reinstallation
  • Confined space entry for vessel servicing and equipment preparation
  • Assistance with control valve removal and reinstallation
  • Fugitive emission repairs

Requirements

  • Journeyperson or Apprentice Pipefitter ticket/certification
  • Valid CSTS-20, H2S Alive, CSO, and WHMIS safety tickets
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling (up to 50 lbs)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
