About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at 2088144 Ontario Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
