As a Character Artist at Ubisoft, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D characters that bring our games to life. Your expertise in modeling, texturing, and animating will be essential in crafting characters that are both visually stunning and engaging.
Key Responsibilities- Design and create 3D characters, including people, creatures, and animals, for use in our games.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including art, design, and engineering, to ensure character consistency and quality.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our game's art style and technical requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in character creation and animation.
- 3+ years of experience in 3D character modeling, texturing, and animation.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Maya, 3ds Max, and Substance Painter.
- Strong understanding of lighting, shading, and material creation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
