Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
- Site Supervision: Ensure that construction sites are safe, secure, and well-organized, and that all necessary permits and approvals are in place.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction workers, including apprentices and experienced tradespeople.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest quality standards, and that any defects or issues are promptly addressed.
- Cost Management: Monitor and control construction costs, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
