About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Change Management Consultant to join our team at Foilcon. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business transformation and ensuring seamless change adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to drive business transformation and improve organizational performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess change impacts, develop communication plans, and provide coaching and training to support change adoption.
  • Lead stakeholder management, including identification, analysis, and engagement strategies to ensure successful change implementation.
  • Administer measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes.
  • Develop approaches to embed and institutionalize change, ensuring sustained benefits and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of change management experience, with a strong track record of driving business transformation and change adoption.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior management, project managers, and business analysts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with experience in project management fundamentals and understanding of the project lifecycle.
