Production Line Operator

Job Summary

As a Production Line Operator at IKO Industries Ltd., you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production line at the Ashcroft facility. This includes operating machinery, managing raw materials, resolving line stoppages, and verifying finished products against quality specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard work instructions
  • Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality specifications are met
  • Conduct regular quality checks to identify and address any issues
  • Manage waste and downtime data to optimize production efficiency
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in heavy-industrial manufacturing or construction industry
  • Minimum 1 year of proven forklift operating experience
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
