About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Production Manager to lead our manufacturing team at IKO Industries Ltd. This is a challenging opportunity for a results-driven professional to drive operational excellence and contribute to the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and coaching to production supervisors and employees to meet safety, environmental, quality, cost, and service goals.
  • Partner with the Quality Control Coordinator to ensure finished products meet customer requirements through continuous improvement and quality management system utilization.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure equipment reliability at optimal efficiency and cost.
  • Drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing concepts, such as Kaizen events, working directly with production and maintenance teams.
  • Mentor direct reports and establish an effective team accountable for achieving performance goals.

Requirements

  • Technical four-year degree
  • Minimum 5-10 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean
  • Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Proven track record of operational enhancement and improvements through employee engagement
