About the Role
Mackenzie Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Hematologist to join our team of medical professionals. As a Hematologist, you will be responsible for providing expert care to patients with blood disorders and cancers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient and outpatient consultations to patients with hematological disorders and cancers.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in hematology and oncology.
- Participate in educational programs and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to hematology and oncology.
Requirements
- Independent license or eligible for an independent license with the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
- FRCP(C) with certification in Hematology and eligible for APP under the ONT MOA agreement.
- Eligible to work in Canada without restrictions.
- Member of the Canadian Medical Protection Association in good standing.
