Overview


Mackenzie Health is seeking a highly skilled Blood Disease Specialist to join its dedicated team of medical professionals. As a Medical Oncologist and Hematologist, you will be responsible for providing expert care to patients with blood cancer and other blood disorders.


Key Responsibilities



  • Conduct inpatient consultations for blood cancer and other blood disorders
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with blood cancer and other blood disorders
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Participate in the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and policies
  • Contribute to the education and training of medical students and residents

Requirements



  • Independent license or eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Ontario
  • FRCP(C) with certification in Hematology and eligibility for APP under the ONT MOA agreement
  • Eligibility to work in Canada without restrictions
  • Member of the Canadian Medical Protection Association in good standing
