We are seeking a skilled Food Services Officer to join our team at the Cecil Facer Youth Centre. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in providing nutritious meals and snacks to our youth residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve meals, ensuring food safety and quality
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Supervise and train youth helpers in kitchen procedures
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to develop menus and meal plans
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
  • Proven experience in food preparation and kitchen management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
