Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food service operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control.
- Supervise the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
