We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to join our Pandora team. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
- Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of retail point of sale systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
