Sales Team Lead

At CUSTOM KART INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage our inventory levels
- Establish work schedules and ensure that our sales team is working efficiently
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform our business decisions
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that our customers have access to the products they need
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that our sales team is working effectively
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure that our employees are paid accurately and on time
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Reliability and ability to work independently
- Team player with a positive attitude
Our sales team works in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on customer satisfaction. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours of Work:30 to 35 hours per week.
