Shipping Operations Manager

ABC Recycling Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Head Shipper to oversee our shipping operations. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient logistics and distribution processes.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a related field.
- Coordinate activities with various departments to streamline operations.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges, offering technical guidance to enhance productivity and quality.
- Recruit, hire, and train new staff members in their roles and company policies.
- Organize training sessions for employees to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Conduct performance evaluations to assess staff effectiveness.
- Assign tasks and oversee work to maintain high standards.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize workflow.
Manage a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.
