Position Overview

ABC Recycling Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Head Shipper to oversee our shipping operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our logistics framework.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with various departments to ensure efficient operations.
  • Resolve operational challenges and provide technical guidance to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new staff in accordance with company policies.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and arrange necessary training for employees.
  • Assign and review work tasks, establishing clear work schedules and procedures.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a small team of 1 to 2 individuals, ensuring effective workflow and support.
