Shipping and Receiving Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to join our team at Hyalos Inc. as a key member of our logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Activities: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and efficient use of resources.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Guidance: Resolve operational issues, provide technical advice, and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor staff members on duties, policies, and procedures to ensure a high level of performance and compliance.
- Work Scheduling and Assignment: Coordinate, assign, and review work tasks to ensure timely completion and optimal resource allocation.
- Procurement and Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Operational Planning and Oversight: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Work Environment: This is a permanent, full-time position with a standard 40-hour workweek.
- Language and Communication: Fluency in English is required for effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
