Job Summary

We are seeking a Managing Consultant to lead commercial growth, develop service areas, and ensure the quality of our delivery against clients' current and future needs. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience within life science/healthcare consulting, with a background in management consultancy and experience working with pharmaceutical and biotech organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of IP and approaches within service areas, using this for sales and team training
  • Lead or review key proposals, lead the delivery of high-quality projects for clients, and coach senior and junior members of the team to improve performance
  • Identify new opportunities that extend Avalere Health's capabilities across Consulting and the organization
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies across a range of therapeutic areas
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience within life science/healthcare consulting
  • Background in management consultancy and experience working with pharmaceutical and biotech organizations
  • Regulatory experience and a track record of guiding companies through the regulatory landscape
