Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement effective strategies to manage the cafe's daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Recruit and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Supervise and Lead Staff: Provide guidance, support, and feedback to staff members to ensure they are meeting their performance goals and providing excellent customer service.
  • Balance Cash and Complete Reports: Manage the cafe's finances, including balancing cash, completing balance sheets, and preparing cash reports.
  • Enforce Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure that the cafe is in compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, including responding to complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant or cafe management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 to 44 hours per week.
