Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that merchandise is properly displayed.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Work Setting: Retail business with relocation costs covered by employer.
