About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Development Manager to join our team at InfinityEdge Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of our information technology systems and ensuring they meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for the development of our information technology systems, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and control projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve our systems and processes.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong understanding of IT systems and processes.
