We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to join our team at Maya HTT. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation and training materials for our product line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, reference materials, and training courses.
  • Collaborate with product management, software engineering, and customer service teams to ensure documentation meets user needs.
  • Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to gather technical information.
  • Design and develop uniform product documentation for all company products.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Engineering or Science, or a Bachelor's degree with substantial experience in a related technical field.
  • Bilingual (French and English) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to illuminate complex technical topics and experience collecting, analyzing, and organizing source material.
  • Experience in software user documentation and desktop publishing, including graphics and videos.
  • Knowledge of HTML, XML, or other markup languages and scripting, such as Python.
  • Broad knowledge of CAE applications.
