Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Monarch Paving (2016) Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. This includes estimating costs and materials, preparing production reports, recruiting and hiring workers, and coordinating activities to meet work schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate costs and materials for construction projects
  • Prepare production and other reports to track project progress
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet work schedules
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction management
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a dusty environment with tight deadlines and overtime required. They must be able to work under pressure and have excellent written communication skills.
