Role Overview: The Mechanical Engineer focused on Product Development will collaborate closely with the Research and Development Manager to spearhead the design, testing, and production of new linear actuators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Solidworks Simulation to validate designs.
- Prototype and evaluate all designs using practical machinery.
- Source components from both local and international suppliers.
- Establish processes and oversee the procurement, assembly, and quality assurance of developed linear actuators.
- Create technical datasheets, user manuals, and internal training materials for products.
- Identify, address, and document product concerns based on customer feedback and internal testing.
Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer designation in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product development and manufacturing.
- Experience with linear actuators, motor control systems, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong project management capabilities, with most projects being self-directed, along with opportunities to lead a growing mechanical design team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Solidworks.

- Ability to coordinate with overseas manufacturing partners.
