Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Malina Bakery Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a range of products, including bread, pastries, and cakes
- Bake and decorate cakes and other sweet treats
- Ensure high-quality products meet our established standards
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Organize and maintain inventory levels
- 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
Our bakery operates in a hybrid environment, with a focus on producing high-quality products in a fast-paced setting. As a Bakery Specialist, you will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to meet production demands.
LanguageThe primary language of communication in our bakery is English.
Work ScheduleOur standard work schedule is 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime as needed.
