Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Assistant to join our team at LOCA Management Ltd. as a Pastry Production Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing dough, batters, and icings for a variety of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Production: Prepare dough, batters, and icings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Baking and Decorating: Bake mixed dough and batters, and frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Maintenance and Organization: Operate machinery and organize and maintain inventory.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Work Setting: Various locations.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
