Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at LOCA Management Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing dough, batters, and icings for a variety of baked goods, as well as operating machinery and maintaining inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Production: Prepare dough, batters, and icings according to recipes or special customer orders, ensuring high-quality products that meet established standards.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient production.
  • Machinery Operation: Operate machinery to mix, bake, and decorate baked goods, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, and make adjustments as needed to maintain high-quality production.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Work Setting: Various locations, with a focus on a fast-paced production environment.
