About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 1465693 BC Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our menu offerings are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Chef Management

Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels and ensure that all kitchen supplies and equipment are in good working order.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and healthy environment, and that high standards of quality are maintained at all times.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a high level of satisfaction with their dining experience.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role

Physical Demands

Standing for extended periods, working under pressure

Personal Qualities

Flexibility, team player

Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 32 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
