  • Delivering outstanding customer service and creating unforgettable dining experiences through effective recruitment, management, and training of part-time staff.
  • Providing leadership and motivation to the team, ensuring that guest satisfaction remains the top priority through consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Managing daily operations and event activities, ensuring thorough planning and execution, including staff scheduling and readiness of facilities.
  • Overseeing post-event administrative tasks such as cash handling, gratuity distribution, inventory management, and operational issues.
  • Optimizing resources and managing budgets to ensure efficient use of inventory and cost control.
  • Collaborating with other departments for various events, including internal gatherings and significant catering functions.
