About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Courier Service Supervisor to join our team at Intelcom Courrier Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our courier services and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans

Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks, optimize routes, and improve overall efficiency.

Task Organization and Management

Organize and assign tasks to team members, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard.

Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Problem-Solving and Technical Advice

Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Team Leadership and Development

Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma required.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.

Language
