About the Role:

  • Collaborate with the Regional Operations Manager to establish operational objectives, metrics, and report results in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement station operations and administrative support to meet prescribed productivity and service goals.
  • Prepare performance reports regarding identified Key Performance Indicators (KPI), budgets, and forecasts. Monitor results continuously and adjust operations as necessary.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll approval and submission.
  • Provide overall direction, support, coaching, and leadership to the team to achieve objectives.
  • Deliver an unparalleled employee experience and align department and individual efforts with the vision, mission, and culture.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures for the station.
  • Monitor, measure, coach, and develop direct reports, providing recognition, evaluation, and feedback on performance, addressing performance issues, and resolving problems.
  • Lead the team in providing the highest level of customer service, both internally and externally, with the goal of continuously improving the customer experience.
  • Lead and promote a culture where health and safety are priorities.

Requirements:

  • The candidate must hold a minimum of a college diploma.
  • The candidate must possess more than one year of professional experience in the coordination of courier service industry.
  • The candidate must possess more than one year of professional experience in supervising courier service operations.
  • The candidate must possess experience in supervising a team operating in the courier service industry.
  • Language required: English.

Benefits:

  • Salary: $70,000 to $81,000 per year.
  • Company insurance (disability insurance, dental insurance, group RRSP).
  • Eligibility to receive bonuses based on the company's financial performance.
