About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Courier Service Supervisor to join our team at Intelcom Courrier Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of packages and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans

Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks, optimize routes, and improve delivery times.

Task Management and Coordination

Organize and assign tasks to team members, ensuring that all deliveries are made on time and to the highest standard.

Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and submit regular reports on delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Problem-Solving and Technical Advice

Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Team Leadership and Training

Train and develop team members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as logistics or business administration.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the courier or logistics industry.

Language

Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule

40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
