Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, often requiring collaboration with other teams and stakeholders.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems, software applications, and other technical tools.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues, solutions, and user interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other technical support teams, stakeholders, and users to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge of MS Office, MS Windows, and other software applications; excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a standard office environment with minimal physical demands.
- Language: English.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
