Job Summary

At Dynamic Manufacturing Solutions, we are seeking a skilled Software Technical Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our users, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide timely support to resolve technical issues related to software applications.
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on software applications and technical procedures.
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall support processes.
  • Participate in the redesign of software applications and other technical systems to improve user experience and efficiency.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support analysts to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.

Requirements
  • College/CEGEP degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, information technology).
  • 1-2 years of experience in software technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
