About This Opportunity

The Field Service Operations Manager at Coca-Cola Canada is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a team of Equipment Service employees responsible for the installation and service of Cold Drink Equipment. This role requires strong leadership and guidance to drive employee engagement and organizational health, while also translating company business data to monitor results.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Field Operations team to drive employee engagement and organizational health
  • Accountable for delivering the Field Service vision and strategy, including translating company business data to monitor results
  • Drive employee engagement and organizational health through coaching, motivating, and developing talent
  • Enhance intellectual capital through training, rewarding, and retaining the best of the best
  • Performance Management, including audits of Fountain Equipment installations to ensure adherence to guidelines and policies
  • Work cross-functionally with Equipment Installation Planning and Sales resources to support special projects and routine activities
  • Enhance customer relationships both internal and external of the company

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2 years supervisory experience, with effective coaching/talent development and ability to analyze and interpret spreadsheets/business data
  • PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree, 5 years' experience in Equipment Service, effective coaching/talent development, and ability to analyze and interpret spreadsheets/business data, Outlook/Excel proficiency
