About This Opportunity

The Field Service Supervisor is a key role within our organization, responsible for overseeing daily operations and managing a team of Equipment Service employees. The successful candidate will be based in London and will be responsible for managing schedules, coaching and developing team members, and driving initiatives and results.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Field Operations team
  • Accountable for delivering the Field Service vision and strategy
  • Drive employee engagement and organizational health
  • Translate Company business data to monitor results
  • Coaching, motivating and developing talent
  • Enhance intellectual capital through training, rewarding, and retaining the Best of the Best
  • Performance Management
  • Improve productivity of the workforce through current technology enablement, training, process improvement and identifying best practices
  • Audits Fountain Equipment installations to ensure adherence to guidelines and policies
  • Works cross functionally with Equipment Installation Planning and Sales resources to support special projects as well as routine activities
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2 years supervisory experience
  • Effective coaching/talent development
  • Ability to analyze and interpret spreadsheets/business data
