Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including medication administration and other interventions as needed.
- Provide direct care to residents, including wound care, medication management, and other nursing procedures.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals.
- Graduate of a recognized school of nursing.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cultural education and experience an asset.
