Nursing Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team at CareCorp Seniors Services. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Monitor and document residents' health status and changes in condition.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support.
- Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment.
- Current registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCN&M).
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification.
- Previous experience in long-term care or geriatrics is an asset.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
