Relationship Manager, Client Experience Team Lead

At CI Financial, we are committed to providing a safe and inclusive work environment where employees can thrive. As a Relationship Manager, Client Experience Team, you will play a crucial role in advisor satisfaction, serving as a critical liaison between advisors and the head office.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage an assigned client service team, ensuring excellence in performance and task execution.
- Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining organization and promptly addressing escalated items.
- Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across the organization to facilitate daily activities.
- Provide invaluable support to advisors by identifying areas for business improvement and offering strategic solutions.
- Effectively track team statistics to manage the volume of inquiries and ensure team performance is optimal.
- Collaborate closely with the back office for escalations and identify workflow efficiencies.
- At least five years of work experience providing client service in the investment, banking, or related industries.
- Completion of Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
- Prior experience leading service teams within B2B or complex clients would be an asset
- Ability to interpret data and use as a tool to coach your team
- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Demonstrated collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with industry-related client service.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage a team.
