Job Overview

As a key member of the Spark Foundry team, the Account Director will be responsible for leading and managing client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive client business growth and revenue
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client work and meet business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Manage client budgets, forecasts, and financials to ensure accurate and timely delivery
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise to clients and internal teams on media planning, buying, and management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • 10+ years of progressive levels of responsibility in media planning, buying, and management
  • Demonstrated business acumen and a track record of success in the media services profession
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Solid interpersonal and teamwork abilities
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong command of media research and reporting resources
