Job Overview
As a key member of the Spark Foundry team, the Account Director will be responsible for leading and managing client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive client business growth and revenue
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client work and meet business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Manage client budgets, forecasts, and financials to ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives
- Provide thought leadership and expertise to clients and internal teams on media planning, buying, and management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- 10+ years of progressive levels of responsibility in media planning, buying, and management
- Demonstrated business acumen and a track record of success in the media services profession
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiating skills
- Solid interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong analytical abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong command of media research and reporting resources
