Job Summary

CI Financial is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager, Client Experience Team to play a crucial role in advisor satisfaction. This position involves leading a team of service and operations professionals to deliver top-quality experience to end clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage an assigned client service team to ensure excellence in performance and task execution.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining organization and promptly addressing escalated items.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across the organization to facilitate daily activities.
  • Provide invaluable support to advisors by identifying areas for business improvement and offering strategic solutions.
  • Effectively track team statistics to manage the volume of inquiries and ensure team performance is optimal.
  • Collaborate closely with the back office for escalations and identify workflow efficiencies.

Requirements

  • At least five years of work experience providing client service in the investment, banking, or related industries.
  • Completion of Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
  • Prior experience leading service teams within B2B or complex clients would be an asset.
  • Ability to interpret data and use as a tool to coach your team.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Demonstrated collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with industry-related client service.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a team.
