Relationship Manager, Client Experience Team

Job Summary
CI Financial is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager, Client Experience Team to play a crucial role in advisor satisfaction. This position involves leading a team of service and operations professionals to deliver top-quality experience to end clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage an assigned client service team to ensure excellence in performance and task execution.
- Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining organization and promptly addressing escalated items.
- Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across the organization to facilitate daily activities.
- Provide invaluable support to advisors by identifying areas for business improvement and offering strategic solutions.
- Effectively track team statistics to manage the volume of inquiries and ensure team performance is optimal.
- Collaborate closely with the back office for escalations and identify workflow efficiencies.
Requirements
- At least five years of work experience providing client service in the investment, banking, or related industries.
- Completion of Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
- Prior experience leading service teams within B2B or complex clients would be an asset.
- Ability to interpret data and use as a tool to coach your team.
- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Demonstrated collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with industry-related client service.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage a team.
