Compensation Range:

$88,990 to $127,923

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Medical Affairs planning and analytical processes
  • Assist in the development of physician compensation frameworks and agreements
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage financial planning and guide compensation analysts
  • Coordinate data assessment and compensation modeling
  • Assess physician service agreements and related programs
  • Offer insights for revenue evaluation and contract strategy
  • Build and maintain relationships with essential stakeholders
  • Support team members with billing and application inquiries
  • Engage in physician compensation projects with provincial collaborators and other Health Authorities
  • Ensure adherence to Occupational Health & Safety standards
