Job Title: Automotive Shop Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Shop Supervisor to join our team at Fix-Rite Auto Tech. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and managing your own company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure efficient and effective completion
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Manage your own company, including estimating costs and materials, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
  • Recommend personnel actions and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
