Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUPER C ESSO. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Oversee and direct the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service and quality control.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Ensure Quality and Service Standards

Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and service, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Operational Management

Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the food service department, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.

Experience

Experience is an asset, with a strong preference for candidates with equivalent experience.

Hours

30 to 40 hours per week.
