Job Title: Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Five Counties Children's Centre in Peterborough. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in assessing, treating, and providing consultation to children and adolescents referred for physiotherapy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and reassess clients referred for physiotherapy to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide consultation, training, and education to clients, their caregivers, and other professionals to promote quality service delivery.
  • Maintain knowledge of current practices and equipment in the field of physiotherapy to ensure best practices.
  • Comply with relevant Centre statistical, clinical, and administrative reporting requirements in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Registration with College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
  • Demonstrated communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Committed to working within a family-centred approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with FCCC staff and other professionals in the community.
  • Access to reliable transportation to travel to various locations.
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and clear vulnerable sector check.
