Job Title: Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team at Five Counties Children's Centre. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children and adolescents with physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat clients referred for physiotherapy, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide consultation, training, and education to clients, their caregivers, and other professionals to promote optimal physical function and well-being.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of clients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress, including assessment results, treatment plans, and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Access to reliable transportation to travel to various locations.
