Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Profit Centre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales support to customers, driving sales growth, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide sales support to customers through various channels, including in-person, phone, and email
  • Identify customer needs and provide profitable solutions to drive sales growth
  • Process sales orders, manage customer data, and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in sales initiatives and promotions to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the Outside Sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Perform other tasks as required by the Profit Centre Manager

Requirements

  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; College and/or University degree an asset
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Intermediate math skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service in the wholesale distribution industry
  • Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Centre
