Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Member Services to join our team at the Merritt Branch. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in leading the team, developing sales and services strategies, and ensuring the branch meets its goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales and services strategies to drive business growth and member satisfaction.
  • Oversee branch security, safety, and premises, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Administer cash holdings, including cash limits, cash orders, insurance limits, and custody requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to Branch Compliance and Audit Responsibilities.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Assist the Branch Manager in managing controllable expenses and branch budget.
  • Actively participate in problem-solving and decision-making to drive business results.
Requirements
  • High School diploma/Grade 12 or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Core Credit Knowledge.
  • Minimum 2 years of job-related experience in a financial sales and services environment.
  • Supervisory experience an asset.
  • Comprehensive understanding of credit products and procedures.
  • Knowledgeable in a full range of investment products.
